Who we are

Asset Assured is the UKs only exclusive ambulance fleet management provider. Since taking on our first fleet vehicles in 2021, we’ve grown substantially year-on-year to a managed fleet of nearly 1000 vehicles. The majority of our managed fleet are operated by NHS trusts across England. With this foundation, we are pleased to be able to offer our priority service to private ambulance operators too.

What we do

Our specialist team of industry experts use our proprietary software to provide comprehensive bumper-to-bumper care for ambulance fleets. Unlike a traditional fleet management provider, our team possesses in-depth technical knowledge of both the base vehicle and all ambulance conversion equipment. This enables us to manage every aspect of the fleet with the expertise, responsiveness and priority service that ambulance operations demand.

Our software, CERTUS, has been developed specifically for ambulance operators and is continually enhanced to meet their evolving operational and compliance requirements

Our management plans

Our management fee is calculated on a vehicle-by-vehicle basis and covers all aspects of our teams’ management of the vehicle. All maintenance and repair work is then charged separately on a transparent, itemised basis. Our objective is for the value we deliver to outweigh the cost of the management fee. Through proactive fleet management, technical expertise and effective supplier oversight, our specialist team works to reduce maintenance costs, maximise vehicle uptime and help operators achieve greater operational efficiency.

Our most popular plan. The Complete Care Plan is offered on all our managed vehicles and priced by vehicle and its usage, the Complete Care plan offers a fixed cost for all routine maintenance and compliance of the vehicle and its equipment.

Usually only offered on new fleet vehicles, our Premium Care Plan takes care of every need the vehicle may have. The cost is fixed for the duration of the plan (usually 5 years) so operators can forecast an exact vehicle spend, with no additional cost.

We can accommodate any specific vehicle needs or maintenance requirements operators may have and can design a Care Plan to suit. For vehicles already in service, we can add some Premium plan options to a Bespoke plan depending on vehicle age.
