ClearTrace CQC Compliance system
A powerful IPC and daily cleaning scheduling tool available as an App for staff, which links (via Cloud-based servers) to a dashboard that IPC managers have access to, providing real-time data on scheduling, cleaning and CQC compliance.
ClearTrace handles all the reports and schedules for you as well as having dedicated CQC liaison managers to present any reports to the CQC on-demand. We also provide training programmes for your cleaning and IPC staff, our own chemical solutions and utilise the 3M ATP swabbing system.
Cleartrace offer a bespoke scheduled deep cleaning service with emergency cover for any type of infection risk either at locations on a regular basis or in an infection outbreak scenario.
Our electronic audit system provides our clients with full Outcome 8 compliance. Being Cloud-based provide inspection teams with real-time data and audit information.

“The service contracted an external provider to deep clean all vehicles. A swab of each vehicle was taken before and after each deep clean to measure the number of bacteria present. The external provider used checklists to monitor compliance with each stage of the cleaning process. Records indicated that the number of bacteria in each vehicle had reduced significantly since this process had started and were within acceptable ranges.
