The financial year of the IAA shall be the calendar year commencing on 1st January 2012;

The annual members’ subscription rate shall be set by the Board of Directors and becomes payable at the start of the IAA financial year, i.e. 1st January;

Subscriptions are renewable once a year on 1st January.

Members who fail to pay their annual subscription within 30 days of it becoming due will be deemed ‘out of membership’;

The Board of Directors shall be authorised to enter into contracts and collaborative agreements with third parties on behalf of the IAA, subject to the disclosure of such contracts and agreements, to members before they are finalised;

All revenues generated by IAA activities shall be devoted entirely to further the interests of the Association in line with its mission & objectives.
